My name is Terri Moore. I live in Denver Colorado. I have been married to my husband Rich for 15 years and we have an 11 year old daughter named Emilia who I home school. We also have a 4 year old Border Collie mix named Sophie and a 3 year old Westie named Lily.
I have always been a very artsy person. My current crafts include stamping, scrapbooking, knitting, and quilting. I also enjoy cooking, watching reality television, and reading biographies about famous people. I have been doing nails part time out of my home for over 15 years now specializing in hand painted nail art.
I have a web-based business that I sell my handmade cards from on Etsy. I design and create unique, personalized hand stamped greeting cards and other hand stamped items for all occasions. Each item is a high quality personal work of art made by hand.

My name is Ali, and I’ve been making and selling cards for about three years, now. The art– well, that started at an undetermined point in time. Sometime before I was old enough to keep track. Just recently, I’ve begun selling my products online, under my new brand, Actuali Design.
Obviously, art and crafting are huge hobbies of mine, but the givens aside, I play the piano. I started when I was 3, and now that I’m in high school, I continue to do so, and teach at the studio where I take my own lessons, as well. My other hobby, and the only one that can rival my love for art, crafts, and design, is writing. If you know what NaNoWriMo is, you’ll understand why I actually look forward to the dreary month of November.
My favourite craft would have to be cardmaking– it’s the only one I do with any consistency! I love it because it’s so open. I can experiment in so many different ways. I can use ribbon, buttons, paper, fabric, findings, brads… The list goes on forever. The are just infinite possibilities. There isn’t one defined way to make a “card”. And I love that.

I think I’ve been a crafter forever – I like to try lots of different
things. About 12 years ago I started scrapbooking and that just naturally moved into cardmaking despite me trying really hard not to gain a new hobby!
Last spring my husband brought home a magazine article that talked about
Etsy. After a lot of lurking on the Etsy forums and checking out every angle I decided to try my hand at cardmaking and open a store. I think I have a fairly simple style – I really like to work with shapes and colors. I’ve
also tried my hand at painting some cards and I love those! I recently added chipboard albums and tags to my offerings.
It’s been a great experience to move through the ins and outs of a small online business. I’ve been exploring other venues and am just starting up a shop to use my photography to make cards. I started a blog as a sort of travel log – it’s really interesting for me to go back and look at how far I’ve come!
