Do you have a Handmade shop or business? Do you create all kinds of new designs and want to share a tutorial? Are you having a sale or contest that you want to promote? Well you came to the right place, the Handmade Artists’ Forum is devoted to promoting and supporting handmade. There is just too much massed produced junk on the market and honestly customers have gotten used to it. Instead of spending a couple of bucks for something well made, they go for the cheap and fast massed produced junk. Steps off soapbox….. anyway that is why we are here, it is hard to get found on the net and we want to help. So here are the instructions for posting on the HAFblog.

To write a post you must be a registered member. On the bottom left of the blog you will see Register, once you register and login, scroll back down to the bottom and hit Site Admin. You are then directed to the backend of the HAFblog, where on the left hand side you will see posts. Click or hover over the word post and hit Add New. After you write you post hit submit, your post will then go into moderation. Once it gets checked by a moderator your work will be published! If there are any issues with your post you will be contacted by a moderator or site Admin.

Your article should be at least 2-3 paragraphs, the longer the better. Also your post should have some pics, sorry but people just will skip right past it without pics. Make sure your content is written well, have a point, be interesting and by all means if you start posting stop back and comment every now and then. A blog is a living thing, the more posts the more comments the higher the  blog will rank and the more exposure you’ll get. The handmade artists forum blog is currently showing up on either page one or page two of google for the keyword handmade. Depends on the day of the week with google LOL.

That’s it, fairly simple, right? Well you should have a little experience with blogging but in general it is self explanatory. If you have any issues or questions just save your draft and contact us. We will get back to you as quickly as possible.
